Job Description:

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated engineer to join our team. Are you interested in developing system and protection concepts for the new next generation of high power charging solutions in the field of e-Mobility, such as eBus, eTrucks, flash-charging and, large EV depots/terminals and battery-powered trains? Then this job is for you!

Your responsibilities:

The E-Mobility Strategy Lead is responsible to translates the E-mobility product roadmaps into a technology strategy.

In particular:

• Supports the e-mobility market introduction of key technologies.

• Supports business development and early customer discussions.

• Captures internal and external dependencies, foster collaboration.

• Technical lead for E-mobility and safeguard and channel the ”technology push”.

• Works in collaboration with product management & technical experts

• Develops ”platform roadmaps” for E-mobility converter and control.

• Plans and execute for key Epics.

• Improves quality issues withing e-mobility area.

• Lives core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

Your background:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferred.

• Proactive, result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills as well as reliability.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to manage expectations and complex interdependencies.

• Skilled communicator who can interface with numerous external and internal parties and stakeholders at all levels in a multi-cultural environment.

• Previous experience in industrial domain and R&D is plus.

• Previous experience within e-mobility business is considered plus.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
