We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Enterprise Customer Success Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
Onboard new corporate clients on our platform, to make sure they are 100% up and running
Craft high-level onboarding documentation like user guides, videos, training materials etc.
Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets
Conduct deep business reviews with corporate accounts to drive mutual success plans
Monitor and report existing and potential threats, to help us maintain our 0 churn rate
Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth

Your basic qualiﬁcations

Native level of Italian and fluent English
2+ year experience working in a key account management role dealing with large accounts
Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

Our offer
📄 Contract type: Permanent.
🕓 Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
🏠 Hybrid: Smart Working Policy (2 days remotely and 3 in the office) and great offices in Europe.
💰 Salary: Starting from the 3rd level and above, from a salary range of 27K to 37K, in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio).
