Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nAs a key player within ST\u2019s Corporate Audit \u0026 Risk Organisation, you will be responsible for supporting the activities of Corporate Risk in defining and deploying the company ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) roadmap and framework within the wider context of ST\u2019s strategic direction. This involves working closely with Executive Management, Corporate and Business functions as well as a global network of ERM professionals (\u201cERM Champions\u201d) and other ST stakeholders to contribute to ST\u2019s overall success in a global VUCA business context. \n\nThis position requires the ability to understand the semiconductor industry, relevant regulatory evolutions, ST\u2019s business model and strategy as well as strong networking and communication skills. \n\nThe role is open to different seniority levels based on experience. \n\nTasks include supporting the activities of Corporate Risk in the following dimensions:\n\nCorporate Risk Roadmap\n\n * Identifying new activities or improvement opportunities to further serve our internal stakeholders and increase the strategic relevance of ERM \n\n\n\nCompany-wide ERM process\n\n * Supporting the Corporate Risk Owners in developing suitable response plans to priority risks \n * Performing specific risk assessment on transformation and other strategic company\u0027s programmes \n * Writing position papers on emerging risk areas \n\n\n\nRisk management dimension of the company sustainability agenda, including\n\n * Maintaining and enhancing the ESG Double Materiality Assessment as per the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), preparing documentation for external auditing \n * Maintaining and enhancing the ST France \u201cDuty of Care\u201d risk assessment, supporting the publication of ST France Vigilance Plan\n * Enhancing ESG risk management at site level\n * Gaining deep understanding of sustainability matters\n\n\n\nOrganisation-level ERM process\n\n * Liaising closely with the network of ERM champions in order to drive Organisation-level risk management (risk maps in approximately 20 organisations)\n * Organising monthly ERM Community calls and the annual conference of ERM champions \n\n\n\nRisk disclosures\n\n * Drafting disclosures (e.g. Form 20-F for the NYSE, European Integrated Report, CDP\u2026) \n\n\n\nRisk policies, methodologies and systems\n\n * Proposing a roadmap to further digitalise ERM processes \n * Maintaining and upgrading the risk information system, and support users \n\n\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCE\n\nExperience\n\n * A minimum of 7 years of professional experience \n * In a Risk Management or related role in a leading organisation \n * In a diverse, international setting \n * Experience in industry a plus\n * Experience in different roles a plus\n\n\n\nCompetences\n\n * Team spirit / mindset \n * Business analysis mindset: Curiosity / ability to \u201cconnect the dots\u201d \n * Ability to self develop competencies on specific subjects from scratch rapidly\n * A continuous self improvement attitude \n * Willingness to go the extra mile when necessary\n * Ability to develop relationships with colleagues and third parties at all levels and in various functions \n * Ability to influence and challenge the status quo\n * Ability to cope well in a complex and pressured environment \n * Problem solving and result orientation \n * Delivery of quality projects within expected timeframes with limited supervision \n * Excellent communication / facilitation skills \n * Fluent English a must. Other languages (esp. French and Italian) an advantage \n * Willingness and availability to travel globally as necessary\n\n\n\nEducation and certification\n\n * Business school / Master University degree (i.e. Engineering, Economics, Law ..).
