Your tasks

You independently lead outstanding social media campaigns for our clients, managing everything from concept development to final execution
You communicate with influencers, clients, and service providers
You discover new brands and influencers, plan events, and bring them to life
You create reports and analyze performance data to derive actionable insights
You support the onboarding of new team members and have the opportunity to take on operational leadership responsibilities

Your skills

You have already gained 2+ years of agency experience in influencer marketing, PR, or project management, and you enjoy working independently.
You’re comfortable working with numbers, confident using Excel, and you love staying organized.
You're a true team player with a strong hands-on mentality.
You speak fluent Italian and English
