Key Responsibilities & Everyday Expectations

As an Italian Customer Support Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our brand, delivering exceptional service to our Italian-speaking customer base. Your daily workflow will center on:

• Inbound Customer Care: Assisting clients professionally and efficiently through incoming telephone calls, emails, and live web chat.
• Problem Resolution & Troubleshooting: Patiently identifying technical bugs or account inquiries and walking users step-by-step toward complete resolution.
• CRM Logging & Ticket Tracking: Keeping detailed, accurate records of client interactions, user feedback, and escalated tickets in our centralized CRM platform.
• Product Knowledge Mastery: Staying fully up to date on software releases, company policies, and diagnostic tools to provide top-quality support.
• Target & Quality Alignment: Consistently meeting or exceeding your individual performance goals (KPIs) while preserving our high service standards.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Language Proficiency

• Italian: Excellent, fluent mastery in both spoken and written formats.
• English: Professional working proficiency (B2 level or higher) to coordinate effectively with international colleagues and corporate leadership.

Compensation Structures & Living Setup

We offer two customized salary packages so you can choose the accommodation option that best fits your lifestyle preferences:

• Package Option A (Self-Arranged Accommodation): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 if you choose to find, rent, and fund your own apartment in Lisbon.
• Package Option B (Company-Provided Accommodation): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 paired with dedicated corporate housing.
