Primary Daily Duties

As an Italian Customer Support Agent, you will serve as a frontline representative for our brand, delivering exceptional assistance to our Italian-speaking client base. Your key daily tasks will include:

• Multichannel Communication: Resolving customer inquiries with care and efficiency across incoming phone calls, email messages, and real-time live chat.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Pinpointing account-related questions or technical issues and guiding users step-by-step toward effective solutions.
• Data & Ticket Logging: Documenting accurate entries of customer interactions, service feedback, and open support tickets within our central CRM system.
• Product Knowledge Mastery: Maintaining a thorough understanding of platform updates, operating guidelines, and internal software tools to ensure accurate support.
• Target Alignment: Meeting or exceeding your individual key performance metrics (KPIs) while preserving our high standards of service quality.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

Language Skills

• Italian: Excellent, fluent command in both written and spoken formats.
• English: Professional working proficiency (B2 level minimum) for clear communication with international colleagues and corporate management.

Compensation Packages & Accommodation Choices

We offer two distinct salary structures tailored to how you prefer to manage your living arrangements in Lisbon:

• Option A (Self-Arranged Accommodation): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 if you choose to find, secure, and pay for your own housing.
• Option B (Company Lodging Provided): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 paired with dedicated, company-managed accommodation.
