Core Daily Responsibilities

In your role as an Italian Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the primary voice of our brand, ensuring our Italian-speaking customer base receives exceptional service. Your daily duties will include:

• Multichannel Communication: Handling incoming client inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat messages with high efficiency and care.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Identifying user issues, resolving account questions, and guiding customers step-by-step toward effective solutions.
• CRM Data Entry: Logging accurate details of customer contacts, feedback, and open support tickets into our centralized database.
• Product Knowledge: Staying thoroughly informed on platform updates, company policies, and support software to deliver accurate guidance.
• Meeting Key Targets: Consistently achieving or surpassing your individual performance metrics (KPIs) while maintaining excellent service quality.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Language Requirements

• Italian: Excellent, fluent mastery in both spoken and written formats.
• English: Professional working proficiency (B2 level or higher) to collaborate smoothly with international team members and management.

Salary Packages & Accommodation Choices

We offer two distinct compensation structures depending on how you prefer to set up your living arrangements:

• Package Option A (Self-Managed Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 for individuals who choose to find, rent, and manage their own apartment.
• Package Option B (Company-Provided Accommodation): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 for those who opt to utilize company-arranged housing.
