Core Daily Responsibilities

As an Italian Customer Support Agent, you will serve as a frontline representative for our brand, delivering high-touch assistance to our Italian-speaking client base. Your daily tasks will include:

• Inbound Customer Care: Resolving user inquiries with professionalism and care across incoming telephone calls, email correspondence, and real-time live chat.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Methodically diagnosing technical or account-related problems and walking customers step-by-step toward effective solutions.
• CRM Data Management: Recording clear, thorough entries of client interactions, user feedback, and escalated tickets in our central database.
• Product Knowledge Mastery: Maintaining a deep understanding of software updates, operating guidelines, and internal diagnostic tools to provide flawless assistance.
• Target Alignment: Meeting or exceeding your individual key performance indicators (KPIs) while preserving our high standards of service quality.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

Language Capabilities

• Italian: Fluent, high-level mastery across both spoken and written communication.
• English: Working proficiency (B2 level or higher) for clear internal communication with global management and team members.

Salary Packages & Accommodation Choices

We offer two customized compensation models so you can select the living arrangement that best suits your needs in Lisbon:

• Option A (Self-Arranged Living): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 if you choose to find, rent, and fund your own apartment.
• Option B (Company-Provided Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 paired with dedicated corporate accommodation.
