Key Daily Responsibilities

As an Italian Support Representative, you will serve as a frontline representative for our brand, delivering exceptional assistance to our Italian-speaking client base. Your daily tasks will revolve around:

• Inbound Customer Communication: Handling user inquiries with professionalism and care across incoming phone calls, emails, and real-time live chat messages.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Methodically diagnosing account questions or technical issues, guiding customers step-by-step toward complete resolutions.
• CRM Data Entry: Documenting clean, thorough entries of customer communications, feedback, and open issue tickets inside our centralized CRM platform.
• Product Knowledge Mastery: Maintaining a deep understanding of software updates, operating guidelines, and internal diagnostic tools to provide accurate support.
• Performance Metric Alignment: Meeting or exceeding your assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) while protecting our high service quality standards.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Language Proficiency

• Italian: Excellent, fluent mastery in both spoken and written communication.
• English: Professional working command (B2 level minimum) for clear coordination with global management and internal team members.

Salary Packages & Accommodation Plans

We offer two customized compensation structures so you can choose the living setup that best fits your preferences in Lisbon:

• Package Option A (Independent Accommodation): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 if you choose to find, rent, and fund your own apartment.
• Package Option B (Company-Managed Lodging): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 paired with dedicated corporate accommodation.
