Primary Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

In this role as an Italian Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the primary contact point for our brand, delivering high-quality service to our Italian-speaking users. Your core daily duties will include:

• Multichannel Assistance: Answering user queries professionally and efficiently across incoming telephone calls, email channels, and real-time live chat messages.
• Technical & Account Support: Patiently diagnosing account questions, technical issues, and service inquiries, walking customers step-by-step toward complete resolutions.
• Database Management: Recording accurate details of customer communications, feedback, and open issue tickets within our centralized CRM platform.
• Product Knowledge Mastery: Maintaining a deep understanding of software updates, internal guidelines, and diagnostic tools to ensure flawless assistance.
• Target Alignment: Meeting or exceeding your individual key performance indicators (KPIs) while protecting our top standards of customer service.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Language Abilities

• Italian: Excellent, fluent mastery across both spoken and written communication.
• English: Professional working proficiency (B2 level or higher) for clear coordination with internal leadership and international colleagues.

Salary Packages & Housing Options

We offer two distinct compensation options tailored to your preferred living arrangements in Lisbon:

• Package Option A (Self-Arranged Accommodation): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 if you prefer to find, secure, and fund your own apartment.
• Package Option B (Company Lodging Provided): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 paired with company-managed housing.
