Expert (m/f/d) Quality Assurance & Testing

Your Tasks:

• Active participation in the development of a comprehensive testing and quality assurance approach for our new core banking application landscape


• Planning, coordinating, managing, and independently executing testing activities for releases, changes, and system customizations


• Ensuring well-coordinated test cases, test data, and test environments, as well as seamless collaboration among all involved departments


• Transparent reporting of test progress, coverage, defects, risks, and pending decisions


• Supporting the stable, traceable, and audit-proof transition of new applications into production


• Documenting system knowledge, test knowledge, process knowledge, and dependencies, as well as supporting business acceptance through clear test evidence and quality assessments

Your Profile:

• A degree or vocational training in computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field


• Several years of experience in test management, quality assurance, IT testing, or the validation of complex IT applications


• A solid understanding of planning and managing test activities, as well as their documentation and technical acceptance


• Ideally, experience in regulated environments such as financial services, banking, leasing, or insurance


• Proficiency in using project and test management tools such as Jira


• Motivation to actively contribute to ensuring quality in a large-scale system transformation


• Fluency in German and English
