Facilities Coordinator

Wood  is looking for a Facities Coordinator with experience in Facilities Management for Milan Office.

• Organization of the new task forces facilities with particular reference to the identification of appropriate spaces, moving, provision of appropriate data networks and IT tools computerization of office control and management systems

• Interface with suppliers that take care of setting up networks and IT equipment for construction sites

• Management of contractors, in particular those involved in electronic, electrical, mechanical and thermal maintenance of the offices

• Organization of services to ensure offices operation (reception, press center, canteen, cleaning, internal moving, etc.).

• Technical Diploma
• Experience in Facilities Management
• Good relationship attitude
• Proactive and motivated
• Good knowledge of Italian and English languages
