Field Clinical Specialist, Neuromodulation (Triveneto & Marche)

\n\nAbout the Role \n\n \nThe Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) provides technical and educational support to assigned accounts at a territory level. Activities are driven by customer demand and scheduled support needs. The core focus is case coverage, while using clinical expertise to influence optimal adoption of the full portfolio. \n\n \n\nTerritory to cover: Northeastern Italy (Triveneto) and Marche region, with availability to travel across Northern Italy if needed; the ideal candidate will be based in Padova or Verona. \n\n \n\n \n\nYour Responsibilities Will Include: \n\n \n\u00b7 Provide clinical field support, including case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow\u2011up for company products. \n\u00b7 Work in response to customer demand and planned support requirements. \n\u00b7 Attend cases in person and advise physicians on product attributes and techniques. \n\u00b7 Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation related to device procedures. \n\u00b7 Support the team in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. \n\u00b7 Develop a deep understanding of hospital workflows and establish strong relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through conversations, meetings, conferences) to expand contacts across departments and identify key decision makers. \n\u00b7 Respond to complex customer needs and product\u2011related issues by developing effective solutions, or collaborating with internal teams (sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support). \n\u00b7 Document customer activities and information in the company CRM and use the system for alignment with other commercial roles. \n\u00b7 Provide training and education on product use to customers and hospital staff. \n\n \n\nWhat We Are Looking For: \n\n \n\u00b7 Degree in Biomedical Engineering (preferred), Radiology Techniques, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or similar. \n\u00b7 Full proficiency Italian and good English level. \n\u00b7 Willingness to travel extensively within the region. \n\u00b7 1\u20132 years of experience in a similar role or in the operating room is considered a plus. \n\u00b7 Based ideally in Padova or Verona (Veneto). \n\n \n\nWhat We Can Offer You: \n\n \n\u00b7 Permanent contract \n\u00b7 Company car \n\u00b7 Upskilling and continuous training \n\u00b7 Autonomy and ownership \n\u00b7 A competitive, collaborative environment \n\n \n\nLocation: Triveneto and Marche \\- ideally based in Padova or Verona \n\n \nWorking schedule: field\u2011based / remote \n\nAs a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most \u2013 united by a deep caring for human life.
