Field Service Engineer (based in Turin or East Piemonte)

Location: based in the areas of Turin or East Piemonte (Novara, Vercelli, Alessandria), on a remote working schedule.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in Field Service Engineering (medical field experience preferred). \n\nWillingness to travel is essential: our expectation is that Engineers will spend approximately 80% of their time in the field. The role will primarily support Central-Northern Italy, with occasional support required in other European countries. Fluent Italian and good English are mandatory. \n\nThe successful candidate will provide technical support across different Business Units, with clients primarily being hospitals.\n\n \n\nIn this role, you will responsible to:\n\n * Repair, maintenance, and installation of medical capital equipment in clinical environments.\n * Perform technical troubleshooting across all Boston Scientific Capital Equipment product lines.\n * Develop and maintain customer relationships.\n * Share and exchange information with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, particularly sales and technical services.\n * Maintain accurate service documentation and records to ensure traceability. \n * Maintain strong product competence (skills \u0026 knowledge) and attend all required trainings at our EMEA Training Centers in Kerkrade and Istanbul.\n * Keep provided service tools and materials in operational condition.\n * Work in compliance with Boston Scientific corporate guidelines, processes, and procedures. \n\n\n\n \n\nWhat are we looking for in you:\n\n * Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, medical engineering, or a similar relevant field.\n * Between 2 and 4 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in medical devices companies.\n * Previous experience in Electrophysiology will be considered a plus.\n * Strong customer orientation. \n * Willingness to travel extensively across Italy and occasionally across Europe (average of 80% field time).\n * Native Italian and good English skills.\n * Ability to work in a multi-functional and multicultural environment.\n * We are looking for a team player, with strong collaboration skills, in order to cooperate with other colleagues within the team.\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat We Can Offer to You:\n\n * Permanent working contract with attractive benefit package.\n * Company car to be used as fringe benefit.\n * Working in an international environment. \n * Inspirational colleagues \u0026 culture.\n * Career Development. \n * Possibility to make an impact. \n * Company with a purposeful mission.\n\n\n\nWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
