We’re launching a bold new Generative AI and Data Business Unit—a unified force combining our AI, data, and GenAI capabilities to lead the market and transform how we operate internally. As our Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in this journey, working alongside visionary leaders to drive financial strategy, enable innovation, and ensure operational excellence.

What will your job look like?

• Be the strategic right hand to the Head of the Business Unit—trusted advisor, financial expert, and business partner.
• Bridge business and finance: Align financial goals with the unit’s mission to lead GenAI and data offerings, accelerate internal transformation, and evangelize AI adoption.
• Own the numbers: Full responsibility for P&L, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and cash/resource management.
• Drive financial excellence: Ensure high-quality earnings and manage KPIs (EBIT, DSO, unbilled, collections, etc.).
• Lead with influence: Educate and empower senior managers to understand financial implications and make data-driven decisions.
• Support global deals: From financial modeling to contract negotiation, be the financial lead in customer-facing deal cycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Legal, Global Operations, Business and Services Units, and customers to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Lead the finance team: Inspire and manage a high-performing financial team within the unit.

All you need is...

• 4–6 years of experience in managerial finance roles, including team leadership.
• Exceptional financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience supporting global business operations and customer engagements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
