Food & Beverage Director

In the role of Food & Beverage Director at Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel, Costa Smeralda you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the entire food and beverage operation including the kitchen. You will be responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of all F&B outlets. Your leadership will be instrumental in setting strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence and upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction across all areas. Primary Responsibilities Include 

·        Develop and implement creative F&B strategies that reflect Belmond's dedication to quality and guest satisfaction.

·        Oversee operational efficiency and quality control across all F&B outlets and kitchens.

·        Manage budgets, financial performance, and forecasting to meet company goals.

·        Lead talent development initiatives to cultivate a motivated and skilled F&B team.

·        Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

·        Foster relationships with key suppliers and industry partners to enhance our offerings.

·        Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

·        Ensure the execution of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards and action plans to improve the scores.

·        Extensive experience in F&B leadership roles, within luxury hotels or resorts of international repute.

·        Demonstrated success in managing high-quality F&B outlets, including experience in staff supervision, financial management, and revenue generation.

·        Comprehensive understanding of luxury hospitality standards, including experience with NPS and LQA.

·        Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.

·        Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and implement effective solutions.
