Freelance Senior Digital Client Advisor & Team Coordinator

Jeenka is seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Digital Consultant (freelance) to support our client services and team coordination efforts.

This project-based, freelance collaboration offers a strategic role within a growing digital agency, where you’ll work independently while contributing to client success and internal growth initiatives.

You will act as a senior consultant, managing your own client portfolio and, where relevant, offering guidance to the internal client advisory team. You’ll play a key part in identifying growth opportunities, ensuring smooth project execution, and aligning client strategies with digital innovation.

This is not an employment role – it is intended for experienced consultants with an active VAT registration who are accustomed to working independently and result-oriented.

Responsabilities

• Manage your own clients as a senior advisor, providing strategic input and project oversight
• Build strong, trust-based client relationships grounded in value, results, and continuity
• Contribute to internal coordination efforts to improve efficiency and alignment
• Collaborate with digital, creative, and production teams to ensure delivery excellence
• Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell and new business opportunities
• Monitor client satisfaction and performance KPIs, and deliver clear, actionable insights
• Stay ahead of digital and industry trends to continuously refine client strategies

• 6+ years of experience in digital consulting, client strategy, or account leadership
• Proven ability to manage high-value clients independently
• Experience in team coordination or mentorship roles is a plus
• Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Italian; German is a plus
• Strong time management and a self-starter attitude
• Registered freelancer with active VAT number
