Location: Vicenza, Italy

Schedule: Full-time (35 hours/week)

Be the welcoming face of Army Community Services as our Front Desk Receptionist. You'll serve as the first point of contact for service members, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring everyone receives the assistance they need. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in being organized and efficient.

This position is an excellent fit for a military spouse or someone with first-hand experience supporting military life, offering both professional fulfillment and scheduling flexibility.

What You'll Do
 

• Greet and assist walk-in and telephonic customers professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate guidance and direction to appropriate ACS offices or installation agencies
• Maintain the Client Tracking System (CTS) by logging customer contacts daily
• Manage and update the ACS calendar daily, including classroom reservations
• Maintain daily customer sign-in sheets for accurate service utilization tracking
• Support general office administrative tasks as needed

• You have great interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You’re reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• You’re comfortable working independently, but love being part of a collaborative, impact-focused team.
• You may be a military spouse or veteran yourself—or simply someone who values service and purpose.
• You're mission-minded and want to support the military community in a meaningful way.

• Experience in customer service and administrative functions
• Professional demeanor with ability to interact with all levels of command and diverse populations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows-based programs
