Job Mission
The Front Office Manager will effectively and efficiently manage Guest and Customer inquiries and maximize revenue opportunities through upselling techniques with Guests. A Front Office Manager you will handle ,professionally and effectively, luxury customer inquiries and converts sales opportunities that emerge with Guests and customers interactions that may contribute to hotel profitability.
What will I have to do?
Work with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations and EventsTeams to develop a strategic room allocation plan
Manage theFront Office Department to meet and exceed budgeted targets and to exceed guests expectations
Monitor upsellingvariance, constantly, to identify areas of concern and build an approach to maximize revenue
Opening and closure of Pm
Seek opportunities, actively, toexceed guests expectations
Develop the Front Office Team to ensure the constant delivery of excellent Guest and customer service
Recruit, select, and train Team Members
What are we looking for?
Previous experience leading a busy Front Office Team in a competitive market
Knowledge of Opera / Opera Cloud as a must
Excellent team approach
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships
Analytical approach to work
Strong atention to detail
Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for clarification when needed
Strong work ethic
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability on complaint handling
University Degree according to the position
High Level of English, required level c1/c2
Basic mathematical skills for reportand other calculations.
Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including weekends and holidays.
Able to perform tasks several tasks simultaneously.
