The role
Courteously and accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations
Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times
Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous behaviour at all times
Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns
Supervise daily shift process
Supervise all team members adhere to standard operating procedures
Train and help new front desk employees
The candidate:
3+ years of related experience in the hotel industry or customer service
Able to speak 2/3 languages
effective communicator who can provide information and respond to groups of managers, coworkers, vendors, and customers
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Administration skills (basic computer skills are necessary)
The ability to work flexible days and hours
Comfortable interacting with many types of personalities
Multitaking working personality, problem solver, able to take quick decisions
