Your Main Duties

• You make sure the guests feel at home, by providing the best personal service
• Supporting the check-in and check-out operations        
• Supporting with administrative tasks
• Providing guests with information they may need about the hotel and city of Verona
• Answering phone calls

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
• Tourism studies or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management
• Hospitality is in your veins
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in team, resistant to stress
• Flexibility in working early and late shifts
• Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Italian, other languages are a plus
