The Role
We’re looking for a skilled General Handyman to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling a wide range of maintenance tasks, ensuring that properties remain in optimal condition and that our clients receive timely, high-quality service.

What You’ll Do

• Property Repairs: Handle repairs across various properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
• Preventative Maintenance: Regularly inspect and service mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficiency.
• Installations: Perform installations, including flooring, piping, and other building components as needed.
• Renovations: Carry out repairs and renovations to structural elements like doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
• HVAC Maintenance: Service and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
• Organization & Cleanliness: Maintain organized and clean workspaces, including managing trash and recycling systems.
• Problem-Solving: Address issues as they arise and apply your skills to resolve maintenance challenges efficiently.
• Tools & Transportation: Bring your own tools and have reliable transportation to get to job sites.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and minor renovations.
• Skills: Proficient with hand and power tools. Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Transportation: Reliable vehicle and the ability to commute to various job sites.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on various tasks and adapt to different property needs.
• Certifications: A contractor or journeyman license is a bonus.
