The candidate application data is kept on the career site servers and sent en-mass back to the Workday tenant when the user clicks submit on the last step. Once the user hits submit, we make POST requests with that data to multiple REST end-points sending the job application back to the Workday tenant). The system will clear out / time out after 60 minutes of inactivity (for records that were not submitted back to Workday)

GENERALIST HR SERVICES - Fixed term contract

Valmet is looking for an Generalist HR Services to join our team in Lucca office on a 1-year temporary contract to provide day-to-day administrative support within the HR function.

After a period of handover the role works independently to complete given tasks and providing administrative HR services for the assigned units.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Complete, check and process HR-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines so that HR-related matters are administered quickly and accurately

Respond to enquiries and assist employees and managers to complete HR-related forms to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete

Follow-up with employees, managers or external agencies (e.g., government departments, insurance providers) to verify that all informations are correct

Maintain employee records manually or in the human resources information system (HRIS)

Verify correct processing of the pay slips

Main Requirements

Previous experience in Humane Resources ad HR Generalist or payroll administrative

Degree in Economics or Business Administration

Good knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanico is a plus

Fluent spoken and written Italian and English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Able to work under pressure and strong time management skills
