Job Description

You will report to the Global HRIS Manager and your missions will be :

A) Digital process design:

  • Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms
  • Leverage technical knowledge to provide best solution to HR practitioners
  • Designing and implementing digital HR strategies that align with the organization’s business goals
  • Building mobile apps to deliver HR services3
  • Designing a digital workplace that enables productivity, uses modern communication tools, and promotes engagement, wellness, and a sense of purpose
  • B) HR system expertise:

  • Act as a data governor for employee master data, maintaining data integrity
  • Support enablement of data driven decision making for the business
  • Ensure new developments or security updates remain compliant with data protection laws
  • Standardizing processes and data aligned with industry best practice
  • Creating common set of data definitions and focus on data quality
  • C) Project implementation / change management:

  • Act as point of reference between Global HRIS team and local HR teams to scope, implement, deliver, and maintain global HR systems initiative in his / her scope
  • Analyze requests / changes received from the region to ensure global process are well adopted in the region, addressing regional specificities
  • Be an active change ambassador, promoting digital transformation and adoption of digital tool to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes in the region
  • This position can be remote in Italy.

    Experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in IT areas and/or HR System Management
  • At least 5 years of experiences on configuring and administering HR systems (preferably Workday and PeopleDoc)
  • Experience in HRIS project implementation
  • Experience with HR digital transformation projects
  • Experienced in managing data (also confidential) and performing analysis to produce dashboards and reports, with expert usage of MS Excel
  • Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills
  • A solid knowledge of the HR function and HR processes
  • Adaptability to work on multi-country or global scopes and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams
  • Passion for digitalization and digital transformation, leveraging technology to improve employee experience and overall deliver better services
