YOUR TASKS

• Conceptual development and organization of corporate events (internal and external), with focus on our 2025
• anniversary
• Effective coordination and management of agencies and vendors
• Brand website management and content coordination support for local websites
• Monitoring and analysis of website performance KPIs
• Supporting social media management activities

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed college education with major in Marketing or similar field
• Minimum 1-2 year experience in Marketing or Communication field
• Knowledge of standard software, especially MS Office (knowledge of SAP is an advantage), CMS, social media management tool
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Good communication skills, flexibility, creativity and ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of Italian and English. Good knowledge of German preferred
• Thorough knowledge of the local area preferred

We use a specialized software provider for the application process thatmanages the application web portal. This provider works as a serviceprovider for us and may also receive knowledge of your personal data inthe context of maintaining and caring for the systems. We have concludeda so-called data processing agreement with this provider, which ensuresthat the data processing occurs reliably and so that your data isprotected. Your data may also be processed by external service providers (e.g.employment agencies) for the purposes named in section 3. These serviceproviders have concluded a data processing agreement with us, but mayalso work as independent data controllers.
