Governance Specialist

Siamo alla ricerca, per una Società del Gruppo, di un profilo di Governance Specialist che entrerà a far parte del Dipartimento Digital & Betting.

Principali attività:

• Supportare il coordinamento e la gestione di progetti strategici aziendali
• Contribuire alla definizione, aggiornamento e monitoraggio delle pianificazioni di progetto (GANTT, roadmap, milestone)
• Supportare il coordinamento operativo tra le diverse funzioni aziendali e stakeholder coinvolti nei progetti
• Preparare presentazioni PowerPoint e materiali di sintesi per l’aggiornamento degli stakeholder interni, sotto la supervisione del responsabile.
• Raccogliere, monitorare e analizzare KPI di progetto e di performance, predisponendo report di avanzamento periodici
• Supportare la redazione di report su stato di avanzamento, rischi e principali scostamenti rispetto ai piani
• Collaborare nel garantire l’allineamento dei progetti alle policy aziendali e alle normative di riferimento, in coordinamento con le funzioni competenti
• Favorire la collaborazione e la comunicazione tra i team di progetto, assicurando la corretta circolazione delle informazioni

Requisiti:

• Laurea in discipline economiche, ingegneristiche o affini
• Buona conoscenza degli strumenti MS Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint)
• Interesse per tematiche di project management, governance e processi aziendali
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
• Capacità analitiche, attenzione al dettaglio e approccio strutturato ai problemi
• Proattività, curiosità e voglia di apprendere in un contesto complesso e strutturato
• Attitudine al lavoro trasversale e all’interazione con diverse funzioni aziendali

We are looking for a Governance Specialist for a Group company. The successful candidate will join the Digital & Betting Department.

Main activities:

• Support the coordination and management of strategic business projects.
• Contribute to the definition, updating, and monitoring of project plans (GANTT, roadmaps, milestones).
• Support operational coordination between the various business functions and stakeholders involved in projects.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and summary materials to update internal stakeholders, under the supervision of the manager.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze project and performance KPIs, preparing periodic progress reports
• Support the preparation of reports on progress, risks, and major deviations from plans
• Collaborate in ensuring that projects are aligned with company policies and relevant regulations, in coordination with the relevant departments
• Promote collaboration and communication between project teams, ensuring the proper flow of information

Requirements:

• Degree in economics, engineering, or related fields
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Interest in project management, governance, and business processes
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problems
• Proactivity, curiosity, and a desire to learn in a complex and structured environment
• Aptitude for cross-functional work and interaction with different business functions
