Grants Coordinator

Location: Remote
Salary: $60,638.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Summary: The Partnership Coordinator (PC) will play a crucial role in researching, identifying, and securing new funding/financial development opportunities. In this role, the PC will use expert communication skills and a keen sense of marketing to bring in new sponsorships, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns. The PC will write proposals, prepare grants applications, recruit and lead fundraising, to generate revenue and support UAA’s programing. Preference of Candidate to reside in Twin Cities, MN.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in either English, marketing, communications, journalism, creative writing with a minimum of two to four years of fundraising and grant writing.
• Strong networking and relationship building abilities and experience.
• Some Accounting/Finance experience
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and Word applications.
• A strong knowledge of the RFP/RFQ process.
• Strong attention to detail; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in research, interpreting, and analyzing diverse data.
• Exceptional writing and verbal editing skills with an eye for detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to implement systems and follow-up processes.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and independently with purpose and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks and planning events.
• Creative ability to develop visually unique graphics for proposal covers, tables, and illustrations.
• Require travel- 3%-6% annually.
