As part of a wider HR transformation program, Ermenegildo Zegna Group is in the process of standardizing and harmonizing its HR systems and services. We are looking for an HR Data Analyst, who will be working with diverse internal stakeholders and external partners across the globe. A proactive actor in multiple projects covering the main responsibility for data analysis and data maintenance. Within the more relevant projects, the resource will be mainly involved in the multi-years HRIS Oracle Human Capital Management implementation and in the Segregation of Duties governance defining and monitoring that systems authorities/access rights in the company are granted and used in accordance with the Group’s Job Architecture and the individuals’ role/span of control.
The job location is Stabio, Switzerland.
Main Responsibilities: Act as an active contributor of the Group Organization & Change Management team in aligning and executing the HR Technology roadmap with business needs. As IT counterpart of the HR Department, be in constant contact with the business to understand their requirements and help optimize all HR-IT applications including HRIS (Oracle HCM), E-Signature application (DocuSign), Learning Platform LMS (Moodle) etc. Play a crucial role within the design of standard processes, to be rolled out globally at a later stage. Update/create Job Roles and other systems dimension to guarantee a constant alignment on the HRIS. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials and user guides for HR processes and systems Act in partnership with IT and Internal Audit teams in defining and maintaining a Segregation of duties model according to the new Group Job Architecture. Support HR representation in accelerating Corporate Sustainability strategy and programs and assist with HR data for survey completion. Guarantee constant support to the Group HR worldwide teams in terms of functional HR systems usage Deliver systems training when needed Execute regular HRIS data audit and cleansing Here are some experiences/skills that we are looking for: Proficient English knowledge Minimum 3/4 years of professional experience in HR Department (Organization, HRIS), preferably in international HR projects with specific focus on SOD Degree in Business Administration, (business) Informatics, (business) Engineering, Psychology, or similar Professional background in HR IT in an international corporate environment or at consulting company MSOffice proficiency Oracle HCM knowledge is strongly appreciated Process management Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Passion for providing quality, security and accuracy Very good analytical skills Excellent communication skills to address all levels within the HR and other departments, including presentation and training skills Able to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders Availability to travel
