Guest Correspondant Agent, Season 2026 - Splendido, A Belmond Hotel Portofino

We are looking for a Guest Correspondant Agent for the next season (spring/summer 2026) to join our Front of the house team.  

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.  

He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. 

He/She will Report to the Head Concierge. 

 
Main duties & responsibilities: 

• Review reservations to make sure they are correctly inserted in the PMS system; 

• Support the Front Desk in the daily operations, according to the company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times;  

• Follow-up with central reservations department in case of missing correspondance; 

• Maintain professional relationship with Guests and Colleagues; 

• Anticipate Guests' needs;  

• Handle deposit and commisions payments.

• At least 2 years of experience in front desk role in luxury hotels; 

•  Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure; 

• Fluent in Italian and English. A third Language is required; 

• High standards of service; 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package; 

• Good communication skills.

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Guest correspondant Agent; 

• Start date: April 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path; 

• Monthly gross salary around € 1.700, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR; 

• Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals;
