Guest Experience Agent, Season 2026 - Villa Beatrice, Belmond

As we look toward the 2026 season, we are searching for a Guest Experience Agent to join our dedicated team at Villa Beatrice. This is not just a job, it's a calling to help shape unforgettable moments for our guests, all while growing within an environment that values excellence, creativity, and the art of hospitality. 
 
Main duties & responsibilities: 

•  Daily Operations Support: Assist in managing front-of-house departments to uphold high service standards; 

•  Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly, providing personalized attention throughout their stay; 

•  Guest Engagement: Inform guests about hotel facilities, services, and special offers; 

•  Feedback Analysis: Help analyze guest feedback and develop strategies to enhance their experience; 

•  VIP Coordination: Support pre-arrival preparations and ensure VIP guests have an impeccable stay; 

•  Relationship Building: Foster meaningful relationships with guests and colleagues; 

•  Promote Offerings: Highlight the hotel's unique experiences and activities to guests; 

•  Communication: Maintain clear communication between departments to efficiently resolve guest requests; 

•  Personalization: Execute strategies to create unique and personalized guest experiences. 

• Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within a luxury brand, with an international mindset and a passion for creating magical guest experiences 

•  Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred) 

•  Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus) 

•  Luxury Standards: Passion and aptitude for luxury hospitality standards, proactive attitude, and a passion for exceptional guest service 

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Guest experience agent;  
• Start date: May 2026 to End date: October 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Villa Beatrice and a career path;   
• Monthly gross salary around 1.680€ + separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;    
• Accomodation in double room our staff house including breakfast;   
• Bus ticket as benefit for the contract period;    
• Staff cantine;
