As a Guest Relations Agent at Grand Hotel Timeo, you will be a vital member of our dedicated Guest Relations team, playing a crucial role in ensuring every guest receives personalized, anticipatory service from arrival to departure. Under the guidance of the Guest Relations Manager, you will be on the front lines, making each guest, especially our VIPs, feel recognized, valued, and exceptionally cared for. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Providing warm, personalized service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and special.
• Coordinating personalized experiences for VIPs and special occasions with meticulous detail.
• Assisting guests seamlessly from arrival to departure, including check-in/out and luggage coordination.
• Anticipating guest needs, offering proactive assistance and recommendations for hotel services and local attractions.
• Addressing guest feedback and minor issues promptly, escalating complex concerns to management.
• Maintaining and updating guest profiles with preferences for highly personalized future stays.
• Liaising effectively with all hotel departments for smooth coordination of guest requests.
• Upholding Belmond's high standards of excellence and luxury in every interaction.

What You Bring: 

• Proven experience in a Guest Relations role within a 5-star luxury hotel. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanour. 
• Strong problem-solving abilities and grace under pressure. 
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). 
• Proficiency in hotel PMS and guest feedback systems.
