Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest services, ensuring the highest level of hospitality and discretion
• Assist with reservations (restaurants, transfers, experiences, spa, etc.)
• Share local knowledge and insider tips to enhance the guest experience
• Coordinate with all departments to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Handle special requests and VIP arrangements with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of island events, venues, and attractions

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in luxury guest relations, preferably in a 5-star hotel or resort

• Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

• Well-groomed, discreet, and with a natural passion for hospitality

• Strong knowledge of Capri and surrounding areas is highly preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
