Objectives of the job
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Quality Assurance to spearhead our Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) division in India. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on bridging the gap between technical delivery and business value. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products don't just 'work' according to specs, but truly solve user problems and meet commercial objectives. As the head of BAT, you will lead a large-scale organization, defining the strategy for end-to-end business validation, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and operational readiness across our global portfolio.

Requirement | Description |
Experience | 20+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP level). |
Domain Expertise | Deep understanding of Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), UAT, and End-to-End (E2E) business process validation. |
Education | Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. |
Leadership | Proven track record of managing teams of 50+ members in a GCC (Global Capability Center) or offshore-onshore model. |
Methodologies | Expert knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and 'Shift-Right' testing strategies. |
