As Head of Integrated Sales Reefer and FMCG you are responsible for the development and execution of the sales strategy for the Food and Reefer Industry, while leading a sales team to ensure delivery of business objectives and targets.

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Creates, articulates and drives the local strategies for differentcustomer segments.
• Leverages understanding of the local business environment to supportdevelopment of the sales strategy.
• Maintains senior relationships with top accounts.
• Makes joint sales calls with sales representatives and channel managers.
• Ensures optimal activity management and account management to trulyunderstand customers and their needs.
• Oversees forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goals.
• Drives campaigns to generate a healthy pipeline and yield.

Location : The position is based in Genoa or Milan, Italy (hybrid).
