What will your job look like?

You will define and lead the R&D strategy in alignment with business goals, working closely with product, market, and executive teams to shape the future of our services and technology.
•    Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery—ensuring the development of impactful, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
•    Build and execute annual operational and budget plans, balancing innovation with delivery commitments.
•    Lead a global team through transformation and growth, fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•    Champion delivery excellence by understanding delivery models and implementing best practices to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
•    Collaborate with product teams to develop the right products, with the right architecture, for the right market needs.
•    Inspire and lead a senior management team, setting a clear leadership strategy and organizational structure to support business and technology goals.
•    Drive innovation in GenAI and next-generation technologies, ensuring the organization stays ahead of the curve.
•    Be a thought leader and mentor to experienced engineers and managers, promoting strong leadership practices and professional growth.
•    Track and optimize KPIs, resolve complex challenges, and ensure operational excellence across the board.
•    Play a key role in shaping the future of our Services IP and operational models, including the development of AI-powered agents and automation frameworks.
 

All you need is...

•    10+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale R&D teams.
•    Proven experience in leading end-to-end product development and delivery in global tech environments.
•    Strong understanding of software development methodologies, delivery models, and lifecycle management.
•    Experience working with GenAI technologies and a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.
•    A background in Computer Science or a related field (Information Systems, Software Engineering, etc.).
•    Prior experience as a director
•    A track record of influencing and inspiring senior engineers and managers, with a deep understanding of leadership and management practices.
•    Experience in services-oriented organizations and a strong delivery DNA.
