Hospitality Operations Specialist - 20hrs/week

🚀Tasks and Responsibilities

Back Office Area

• Coordinate, supervise, and audit the work of the cleaning company, ensuring Líbere standards and task completion times are met to avoid delays for customer check-ins.
• Identify and address potential maintenance issues, ensuring they are reported and resolved promptly.
• Oversee and track pending operational or maintenance issues to guarantee swift resolutions, either through internal staff or by coordinating with external companies.

Administrative Area

• Manage stock orders and requests, ensuring every site is fully supplied with the necessary items and products for operations.
• Safeguard lost and found items.
• Review and submit supplier invoices for payment.
• Handle purchases and request quotes.
• Manage and control laundry and amenities orders required for daily operations.

Customer Service Area

• The customer is at the heart of all operations. Working in the same building, we are responsible for making their experience unforgettable. A happy customer is sure to return! :)
• Customer Service (in person, online, by phone): Welcome guests and assist them with whatever they need—check-in, city information, use of spaces, etc.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Operations team and the guest, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Experience in operational or coordination roles within the hospitality or service industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience managing maintenance, stock orders, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
