Castello di Casole, an exclusive Belmond hotel in the heart of Tuscany, is seeking fora passionate and detail-oriented Assistant to the Housekeeping Manager to join our dedicated team for season 2026.

In this role, you will support the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service excellence are consistently maintained throughout our property. You will play a key part in creating an exceptional guest experience that reflects the warmth and authenticity of Tuscan hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in supervising daily cleaning operations across rooms and public areas.
• Ensure all rooms and suites meet Belmond’s quality and presentation standards.
• Assist in managing laundry services, linen inventories
• Coordinate and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor maintenance needs and report promptly to relevant departments.
• Maintain guest privacy, handle personal belongings with care, and anticipate guest needs.

• Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
