Ali Professional is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administration professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions by handling administrative tasks effectively and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR processes. As part of Ali Professional, you will support various HR activities including recruitment coordination, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies. You will also serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing support and ensuring a positive work environment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processing.
  • Support HR policies and procedures implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Prepare HR reports, documents, and presentations as required by management.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues.
  • Organize employee onboarding sessions and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
