Descrizione Lavoro - HR Administration & Payroll Specialist

You will join our Human Resources team in Milan helping on employment-related matters including compensation & benefits, payroll and mobility. As part of the HR team, you will be an advisor for the office leadership and office colleagues mainly on payroll matters. Following the firm guidelines you will design, implement, and administer relevant program/process improvement projects and communications on payroll and HR topics.

You will be part of our HR team focusing on some typical tasks such as preparing and reviewing payroll inputs; finalizing monthly payroll reports; supervising each payroll cycle; creating and maintaining analytics and reporting tools to track the effectiveness of payroll processes.  
You will play a strategic role managing daily employees enquiries related to administrative matters, leave and pension plan. You will work with both internal teams and external service providers to solve issues. 
You will have international exposure being part of our HR global network and you will also support annual compensation review process. 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate or professional services organization
  • Mandatory excellent verbal and written language skills in English
  • Mandatory good knowledge of payroll software (ideally INAZ) 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Skilled in data entry and analytics
