In this role, your mission is to you will play a key role in transforming HR data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive organizational performance. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and global teams to ensure data quality, reporting excellence, and continuous improvement of HR processes.You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Starting salary within the relevant salary range: from EUR 31.000,00 gross per year: the annual salary reference to use has to be the lowest annual salary earned by the employee who is in similar roles ( take into consideration the grades in the new job architecture as a reference)
The actual salary offered will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, internal pay equity, level of responsibility, and the experience and skills of the selected candidate.
