HR Data Analytics Expert

Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next HR Data Analytics Expert, Group-HDEG . You will be part of our HR team reporting to Dmitry TEST. In this role, your mission is to you will play a key role in transforming HR data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive organizational performance. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and global teams to ensure data quality, reporting excellence, and continuous improvement of HR processes.You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Your day-to-day

• Analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives through data-driven insights.


• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.


• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.


• Contribute to HR digitalization and continuous improvement projects.

Your skills and experience

• Experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, HR Reporting, or related areas.


• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).


• Good understanding of HR processes and metrics.


• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and business-oriented way.


• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Your compensation and benefits

Job classification and collective labor agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanica PMI CONFAPI  (Employee, Level 6)

Starting salary within the relevant salary range: from EUR 31.000,00 gross per year: the annual salary reference to use has to be the lowest annual salary earned by the employee who is in similar roles ( take into consideration the grades in the new job architecture as a reference)

The actual salary offered will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, internal pay equity, level of responsibility, and the experience and skills of the selected candidate.

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Paderno Dugnano, Italy. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
