Mercer offers an exciting opportunity in Milan as HR Digital Transformation Consultant that will support our clients People Strategy with a specific focus on HR Processes, Organization, Technology and Innovation. We are looking for an early professional passionate about Innovation to enable a real digital transformation in the HR function and support the business during the digital transformation change management process.

We will count on you to:
Develop deep expertise in the digital area
Elaborate business case and technical evaluation for HR IT-system
Analyse and revise current HR processes to more efficient ways of working
Contribute to the design of a delivery model for their HR services
Advise our clients on the design and implementation of HR transformation programmes and help them to select the best HR information system that suits their needs
Understand and map our clients’ end-to-end HR-process and collaborate closely with HR Advisory to propose improvements in the HR processes
Implement our clients’ requirements into an HR IT-system and follow-up after the go-live data to respond to questions or concerns
Execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from the project manager
Lead the development of client ready reports and analysis, with minimal guidance
Learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies
Support the development of proposal of new client opportunities and support business and intellectual capital development
Work closely with other Mercer practices in the HR consulting space
What you need to have:
2-3 Years of experience in technology and HR process transformation
University Master's Degree in Economics / Organization/ Management, Engineering
Strong passion for innovation, process re-engineering, organization designing, analytics, performance evaluation, technology trends
Strong organizational and communication skills to support the design, implement and coordinate development projects
Strong results orientation and attention to details
Energy and capability to manage multitasking and complex situations
Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel)
Knowledge of digital platforms (ie. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle), and Analytics tool will be a plus
Italian and English proficiency
