The People & Culture Generalist partners closely with the People & Culture (P&C) Head, Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and Global Business Services (GBS) to support employees across the commercial operations in the country.
This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality P&C services, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to local initiatives aligned with the objectives of the Commercial Operations organization.
The Generalist actively participates in and contributes to all local P&C activities and projects within the scope of the role.
1. Strategy & Policy
Implement P&C policies, processes, and organizational changes in alignment with the P&C Director and CoE guidance.
Roll‑out the global People & Culture priorities and programs.
Provide advice, guidance, and subject‑matter support to managers and employees on P&C‑related topics and associated business matters.
2. Organizational Management
Support organizational design or structural changes in partnership with the People Director.
Perform regular Workday audits, ensuring data accuracy and leading required clean-up activities.
Manage internal communication related to organizational updates, changes, or P&C initiatives.
3. Talent Acquisition & Talent Management / Learning
Coordinate recruitment processes in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
Prepare job offers and ensure approval flows are completed in line with governance requirements.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, partnering with GBS to ensure all administrative steps.
Support the definition of talent pools and succession plans and participate in Talent Management calibration processes.
4. Performance Management
Guide managers and employees throughout the full performance management cycle.
Manage the execution of year‑end performance calibration, following CoE methodologies and timelines.
5. P&C Service Delivery & GBS Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison between employees and GBS for all people‑related administrative needs.
Coordinate and monitor service delivery, escalating issues when necessary to ensure seamless employee experience.
6. Employee Lifecycle Support
Act as point of contact for employees
Manage lifecycle administrative processes such as hiring letters, conversions, transfers, and terminations.
7. Local People Initiatives
Lead and promote local P&C initiatives, including programs focused on employee wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion, sustainability, culture, and engagement.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution and adoption of local projects.
Experience: 4–6+ years in HR/People & Culture roles (generalist or business partnering) within a multinational or matrix environment.
Stakeholder Management: Strong partnership with managers, employees, and GBS (or shared service) teams
Data & Analytics: Comfort with HR data accuracy, audits, and insights
Project Delivery: Experience leading local people Nice‑to‑Have
Experience in commercial organizations (field teams, sales incentives exposure).
