HRIS SENIOR SPECIALIST

Ariston Group, in order to grow the capabilities of the HR Information Systems Department, is searching for an  HR IS Senior Specialists.

Reporting to the HR Technology Manager, she/he will be in charge of the following activities:

  • Actively participate to IT Human Capital Management (HCM) projects, such as new system solutions or evolution of the current ones;
  • Provide technical and functional analysis;
  • Perform user support on IT HCM solutions and manage the daily IT Systems operations application maintenance, system evolution, ect);
  • Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors system (Employees Central) including the integration with other back end systems (such as SAP ERP and SAP-HR). Certification at any level is a plus;
  • Support the process owners in the review and redesign of the HR processes, giving advice from an IT perspective;
  • Design and build the technical IT solution in cooperation with other IT teams and external consultants, evaluation and proposing alternatives; 
  • Give support to the users of the different system application under him/her responsibility (WW perimeter).
  • The ideal candidate has:

  • Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with a brilliant academic career and interest for Human Resources topics.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar role within structured multinational environment.
  • Analytical and project management skills, proactivity, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile. 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory and availability to travel.
  • Place of work : Fabriano (AN) or Milano (MI) with the possibility of some remote working
