HSE Specialist

Join us as a HSE Speciliast at Dedalus , one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in one of our offices in Italy, to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

What you’ll achieve

As a HSE Specialist you will be part of our Real Estate and Facility Management Team in ensuring the proper conduct of work in the offices by implementing environmental regulations and safety measures, training staff on best practices, and more generally spreading a culture of safety in the company.

You will:

  • Support in maintaining certifications
  • Support in the preparation of procedures, instructions, and dissemination of safety culture through training sessions;
  • Support in organizing training courses;
  • Support in updating DVRs and preparing prevention and protection measures;
  • Collaborate in managing deadlines and operational controls;
  • Analyze the near misses and Implement consequent actions;
  • Promote a culture of safety

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • Strong Knowledge of Environmental safety regulations,
  • Possession of certifications required by the UNI 1172 standard and others (es. RSPP or ASPP)
  • 2-4 years of experience in the HSE and project management
  • Knowledge of Italian legislation in Health and Safety
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365, Autocad, Excel
  • Occupational Safety and Environmental Engineering or Industrial and Process Engineering or Environmental Engineering
  • Knowledge of English (B2)
  • Experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen Methodologies
  • Membership in a human resources industry body (e.g., IOSH)
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and multinational environment.
  • Available to travel nationally
