Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates to HR systems.

HR Administration & Payroll Support

  • Support administration and payroll activities, including time and attendance registration.

  • Update HR systems with employee information and maintain the company database (Workday, Zucchetti).

  • Prepare HR reports and analysis to support decision‑making.

Events, Meetings & Internal Communication

  • Organize HR-related events and meetings, such as training sessions, town halls, meetings with external consultants, and periodic internal meetings.

  • Manage internal communication activities to ensure consistent and timely information flow across the organization.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with trainers and trainees.

  • Update and maintain the training plan.

  • Act as the main point of contact for all training-related matters.

  • Contribute to the implementation of projects focused on employee development and employee engagement.

Employee Lifecycle & Local HR Initiatives

  • Provide operational support throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding).

  • Support local HR initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement and reinforcing Crown’s presence in the local community.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in HR operations, including recruitment support and HR administration.

  • Working knowledge of HR systems (preferably Workday and Zucchetti).

  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and time & attendance management.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate events, meetings, and training activities.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good analytical abilities for preparing reports and handling HR data.

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

  • Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
