Inside Sales Representative- Italian 

Location: Athens, Greece (On-site)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 18:00 (40h/week)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Italian-speaking Inbound Sales Representative to join our clients team in Athens. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, promote tailored solutions, and contribute to sales growth while delivering a positive customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Handle inbound calls and respond to Italian-speaking customers inquiries.

• Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Meet and exceed sales performance targets.

• Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve results.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian (C2 level).

• Good level of English (B2+).

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Athens.

Salary: Competitive
