What We're Looking For 

Would you like to work on AI & Data initiatives at Reply? We are looking for an INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS EXPERT with around 2 years of experience and a primary focus on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, including the development of intelligent agents, conversational chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in cloud environments (e.g., Oracle, Azure, AWS, etc.). 

A solid grounding in the data and Data Warehousing world (SQL, ETL pipelines, ER models) is a plus, as it helps to better understand and integrate the data flows underlying AI solutions. 

The role involves collaborating with project teams and stakeholders, both internal and international, on end-to-end AI/Generative AI and data engineering initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 

• 
  

  Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions, including intelligent agents and conversational chatbots. 

  
  

• 
  

  Design and implement RAG architectures to integrate company knowledge bases with language models. 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate on the design and integration of AI/Generative AI solutions in cloud environments (e.g., Oracle, Azure, AWS, etc.). 

  
  

• 
  

  Support the deployment and monitoring of AI models and services on cloud infrastructure. 

  
  

• 
  

  Contribute, where needed, to the development and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines and Data Warehouse models supporting AI solutions. 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with functional teams and project stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions. 

  
  

• 
  

  Contribute to technical documentation and team best practices. 

  
  

Skills & Requirements 

• 
  

  Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 

  
  

• 
  

  About 2 years of experience in roles related to AI Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analysis, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence projects. 

  
  

• 
  

  Knowledge of cloud environments and core Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts: LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents. 

  
  

• 
  

  Experience developing intelligent agents and conversational chatbots. 

  
  

• 
  

  Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and the logic for integrating LLMs with company knowledge bases. 

  
  

• 
  

  Solid foundation in the data and Data Warehousing world (ETL logic, data modeling, SQL). 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset.

  Good knowledge of English, useful for collaborating in international contexts and teams.
