We are looking for an Internship Front Desk Agent to become part of our Front of the House Team.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity. He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally. 

He/She will Report to the Front of the House Manager. 

Main duties and responsibilities: 

• Supporting our Front Desk Agent in all daily tasks 
• Escorting our arriving guests 
• Reporting activities from our systems 
• Supporting the switchboard operations 
• Handling emails and guests communications 
• Supervision of lobby spaces 
• Application of LQA and Belmond standards 

Requirements

• Customer service attitude 
• Fluent in English and Italian. A third language is a plus; 

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) 
• Willing to learn and grow professionally in luxury hospitality
