IT Operator Specialist

TXT Novigo, leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT group, for expansion and strengthening of the staff of the Brescia office, is looking for a  IT Operator SpecialistMain activities:The resource will have the task of giving support to internal employees and external customers. He will report directly to the IT Operations Area Manager, supporting for Service Desk and Quality Assurance activities. Specifically, it will provide ICT support to customers following the closure of project activities. It will also guarantee the quality of the product provided through the execution of tests, automatic or manual, on application functions released by the software development team. The resource will support in implementing solutions and providing technical assistance on existing systems, both on site and remotely.Required technical and linguistic skills:• Knowledge of MySQL Workbench (Maria DB);• Experience gained in Help Desk in the ICT sector;• Ability to analyze and solve problems in complex situations;• Good knowledge of remote connection applications, OFFICE environments;• Experience on 1st and 2nd level application support activities;• Remote and onsite management and maintenance of computer systems;• Good level of English language;Knowledge of Jira Service Desk, Jira Software and AS400 will be a plus.What we offer:• Internationality: we offer an insertion in a context with an international scope, where the language of the group is English;• Own products: you can work on projects that are always different and with customized products for both external and internal customers;• Flexible working environment: we have flexible working hours and we support smart working where possible;• Training: constant training;Required qualification: Diploma or Degree in STEM disciplinesThe profile is completed by a predisposition to team work and excellent analysis and problem solving skills, ability to analyze and tune in to the needs of the customer, management of users from different company backgrounds, proactive and proactive approach towards the customer, ability to draw up technical project documentation, know how to relate to different company interlocutors.It offers a contract commensurate with the actual experience gained and an insertion in an environment inserted in an international context.#NOV#LI-Hybrid
