IT Service Manager | IT Specialist (m/f/d)

Employment: Full-time (39-hour week) - permanent | Location: Tegel Airport 1, 13405 Berlin | Starting date: as soon as possible

What you do with us

• First point of contact for the specialist departments for IT and ensuring the best possible support for company processes with IT services
• Providing software and hardware for employees
• Changing and expanding IT in connection with additional workplaces or information technology innovations
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring the IT infrastructure and IT services (IT asset management)
• Ensuring identity and device management
• Ensuring IT service continuity
• Managing IT service providers and monitoring IT usage
• Executing, documenting and implementing/scaling digital solutions
• Creating data-based work results to monitor success (data and process analyses)
• Preparation of tender documents and participation in the public procurement of IT services

What you bring with you

• Trained IT specialist, IT systems electronics technician or comparable qualification with an IT focus
• Experience with the introduction and operation of IT infrastructure and IT services
• Proactive, independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Strong ability to work in a team and enjoy dealing with people
